At The Mobility Scooter Shop UK, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, delivery methods, and expected timeframes.


1. Dispatch Times

  • Same-Day Dispatch:
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day from our UK warehouse.

  • Next Working Day Dispatch:
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Extended Lead Times for Certain Products:
    Some larger or specialist items are not held in our main warehouse. These products may require an additional 5–7 working days for us to order from the manufacturer before dispatch. If your order includes such an item, you’ll be notified by email with an updated delivery estimate.


2. Delivery Methods

The shipping method you select at checkout determines how your order will be delivered.
We offer a range of delivery options, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Specialist Courier Delivery for larger mobility products such as scooters and riser recliners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


3. UK Shipping

  • Free UK Delivery is available on all orders over £50.

  • Orders under £50 will have a small delivery fee calculated at checkout.

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days, depending on the item and courier.

  • Express delivery options are available for faster service, subject to product eligibility.


4. International Shipping

We proudly deliver to customers across the world.

  • International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delivery Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — such as courier issues, weather conditions, or customs delays.
If your order is delayed, our customer service team will notify you and work quickly to resolve the issue.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link.
You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time. If you have any concerns about your shipment, our team is available to assist.


7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each parcel.
